Users will be asked to pay the respective fees for different courses, tutorials, and exams. The price offered for a particular course, tutorial, or exam may differ when you are logged into your account, as some of our promotions are available to registered users only.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

We may offer a free trial for any number of days. At any time and without prior notice, Codeminers IT Limited reserves the right to (i) modify the terms of service of a free trial offer, or (ii) cancel such a free trial offer.

A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is submitted via email to support@bcsprostuti.com, specifying the email address or phone number used during registration, within 3 (three) days from the time of purchase.

Refund requests made after the eligible 3-day window has passed will not be entertained.

Once your refund request is received, the following process applies:

• Submit your refund request via email within 3 days of purchase, including your registered email or phone number.
• Our team reviews and verifies your request and the associated transaction.
• Upon successful processing and approval by Codeminers IT Limited, the refund is initiated.
• The amount is returned to the same bank account, mobile financial service (MFS) account, or card used for the original purchase — within 10 (ten) days of approval.
